Charlie Kirk is a turning point
I think it was stupid to say anything positive about the Charlie Kirk shooting. And yes, some people deserve to be held accountable. But the way it is going, right out of the starting gate, is ridiculous. There’s accountability and then there’s clown level vengeance. All this, every bit of it, plays into Trump’s playbook. Extremists need to calm down on both sides.
Just shaking my head.
I just read that a Pennsylvania lawmaker (my home state) has plans to introduce legislation to establish Charlie Kirk Day as a state holiday.

Charlie kirk was an a******, but he didn't deserve to be shot, he deserved to be proven wrong. My mother used to say" So you sow, so shall you reap"; my thoughts exactly. He was not a nice guy - or Christian. I try to follow the Golden Rule, do unto others as you would want to be done to you. If you thought stuff was political before, you ain't seen nothing yet. (Sorry for all the platitudes...)
