Shouldn’t , but do! They’ve made a MONUMENTAL mistake, and invited the Fox into the den…. I’m willing to bet that a large percentage of those who voted for him already regret that vote….
And so it should. The Orange illiterate, crybaby, won by 1/2 a point whatever, His speech rated the worse ever, Why do not more young people vote? There future is at stake, Is it perhaps the obscene line ups? Then cut off as the polls close. We were all young once. I voted my whole life, except the odd time I spoiled my ballot because of my job. Even though I voted, when I was young, I didn't feel it counted much. I understand the feeling, but I don't subscribe to it.
The stakes then were never as high…. And age counts.. when you’re young, there isnt that sense of urgency in a general election… unless you’re a civil rights activist… then you “understand” the urgency…..
I had already harvested this for the mountain of editorial 'toons I send out weekly (did you find them in your email, yet, Mr. de Adder?). I paired it up with a re-post elsewhere in X, before seeing it in my Inbox. It fit with the same NY landmark (she's sitting, head in hands, weeping) by a Michael Peters, of Dayton Daily News, posted in X. It's only Tuesday, and I've already cut and pasted 100. Editorial cartoons are legion with a criminal President so deeply and darkly LOATHED worldwide.
The really GLORIOUS news in AP has kept me smiling all day: Days 1 and-2 of Thug-1's tenure in our White House.
STATES SUE TO STOP TRUMP'S ORDER BLOCKING BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP ~ January 21, 2025
"Attorneys general from 18 states sued Tuesday to block President Donald Trump's move to end a decades-old immigration policy known as birthright citizenship guaranteeing that U.S.-born children are citizens regardless of their parents’ status." [Clearly, he's not going to have a moment of peace. Gotta love it! Sow chaos, reap chaos.] Enjoy it! Sorry the html is so long! All New England states got it right, hmm?
Oh my. May I suggest contrast bathing up to the elbows. It will help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome from All That Drawing you're going to be doing this year
Nailing the situations as always. you help me make it through the insane times we live in. You call today's world situations s as they really are. Thanks for your take on things in your special way.
I don't have that feeling yet. It's gonna take some reality knocks to the head over time. They don't feel it yet. It's all too abstract so far and they don't think in the abstract.
And so it should!!!!
Well America shouldn't be feeling this way.
Shouldn’t , but do! They’ve made a MONUMENTAL mistake, and invited the Fox into the den…. I’m willing to bet that a large percentage of those who voted for him already regret that vote….
Mourning sickness, and it's not going to pass in 4 years, I fear.
My thoughts exactly.
Sums it all up perfectly. 🤢
Too bad it does.

Thank you.

Is that toilet gold plated?

Sadly right on the money. You could save yourself time an d ink by running this toon every day for the next 4 years. It would still be appropriate.
Argh.
