Yes, it looks like Biden is about to smash his hand with that hammer.

Which is something I would do, but I don't think Joe would!

Otherwise, brilliant juxtaposition and yes, you hit the nail on the head! Sorry. I had to say that.

Why is Biden hitting his hand with a hammer?

Almost imho! I’d show others working with Biden to build it. I’d show 45 as an out of shape weakling with tiny hands holding a hammer backwards. Not limber enough to get up there. Perhaps yelling at a vulnerable fool to do the tying. Probably tying it poorly at the buffoon’s direction.

(Prob too much but: Behind the scenes, several MAGA orgs that actually do know what they’re doing prepare content for him to implement. The Emperor? Idk.. but heritage etc. They have agendas & big troubling aspirations and enough knowledge to get more bad stuff done this time. Meanwhile he googles himself and enjoys posing in mirrors near groveling fans)

Most times in viewing other's behaviour, guessing motivation can be problematic. Not so with Trumpy the Clown. He is a narcissist, wants nothing but to please himself and does not deserve the keys to the kingdom. This cartoon makes it clear what awaits those who get in his way. I would say this bit of editorial journalism is also quite historically accurate. Thanks for going deep Mr.deA.

I mean yeah, but then under the one on the left, you need to add some crushed Palestinians.

"Democracy" for them [in the US] but not for Israelis [certainly not before really but definitely not after they passed the Nation-State Law] or for those in the Palestinian territories they completely control, have never offered true sovereignty in any so called "deal" in the past, and today clearly have no intention of ever letting go. All things the US has never really done anything to stop even as they fund the state to the tune of over $250bn a year.

And is it really a "Democracy" if Biden ignores the fact that the majority of his base wants him to stop the genocide? But expects to keep his job?

I would far rather Biden win but if he doesn't reverse position on funding and supporting the genocide, he WILL lose for sure. Hence the bad aim with the hammer I guess.

Nothing makes us less safe in the world as Jews than ethnonationalism. Least of all our own. A lesson I worked out for myself at 10 in the late 70s, but somehow STILL not learned sadly by many in the diaspora even as they condemn other forms of ethnonationalism.
