I find that reality totally unbelievable. If for no other reason, it means >50% of the US population voted against their own reproductive rights! 🤦🏼♀️
My take on the election: America bought itself a million-dollar bag of hopium. Fantasy beats reality any old day. The big man told 'em, “Don't you worry now, I'll take care of everything." Ronald Reagan was a movie actor; Trump is better, he played a billionaire on TV.
I love this cartoon! It seems to fit the moment, and I don't know if we will ever wake up from this nightmare. If the coming years are anything like the past, America will be a never-ending horror story in one way or another. (sigh) ....
The damage this 'Thing' will do is far worse than any monster a fiction writer could conjure up and put to paper ...
What I would like to see running in a loop on cable TV, network wouldn't be allowed, is every film of the horrors of Hitler's Nazism, Mussolini's despotic antics and every known work depicting the gulag of Soviet Union and current Russian invasions. If this is who we are hell bent to become, let's get the image right, far right apparently.
