The “They” is multifaceted— It’s Trumphuk seeking to please his BigOil donors while pumping up his insatiable ego; it’s Lil’Marco wanting to avenge the overthrow of the Cuban Batista regime and the links between Cuba and the Venezuelan Chavezistas; it’s the posing and posturing of Lil’Stevie Niller, Hogsbreath and others about the US military controlling the Western Hemisphere à la “Manifest Destiny”. It all of them and the Oligarchs pushing for power and control. Complicated — is greed and corruption really that complicated?
I am filled with admiration at how the artist's single image reveals the evil complexity of the situation for the Venezualans (and the rest of us) in a way that major media refuses to address.

Maduro, as a 'narco-terrorist', was the convenient ruse. Economic gains by stealing the oil & minerals of a sovereign country was always the ultimate goal!
Though Maduro was a scurrilous dictator who refused to cede to the newly elected 'democratic' president of Venezuela, there is little if any difference between he & Trump🪳.
Whereas Maduro declared victory after an election that international observers described as fraudulent. Trump🪳declared the 2020 election fraudulent & claimed he was the rightful president - a claim which led directly to the January 6th storming of the Capitol!
Thousands of arbitrary arrests were carried out against political opponents, human rights defenders & journalists under Maduro. The US saw equally repressive action taken by Trump🪳against citizens, media, DACA, and 'undocumented immigrants', and both men have been cited for human rights violations.
Americans are on tenderhooks! No one wants a war, yet the aggressive action of a president without effective guardrails, lead many to believe further aggression against foreign nations like Cuba & Greenland is very real.
Who will stop this administration from furthering its far-right wing, Project 2025, agenda? November 🗳💙 could very well be too late!
