My comment to that excuse, is that X-rays should show evidence of bone spurs, even if they have “healed”, pun intended. So let an independent doctor do the test and confirm.
Shouldn't call him an asshole . An asshole has a use . Should maybe be called an inflamed appendix and for the health of the body, removed as soon as possible.
