Thank you so much. I’m still trying to accept that she has shrugged off her mortal coil. I am glad she is reunited with John, and you have brought some comfort to me by showing this. Thank you again, keep up the awesome work.
💔 So sorry about Catherine’s passing 😭. Thank you for this beautiful tribute 💓❣️, Michael❣️. Two legends. I hope they are laughing…they sure made us laugh!! R.I.P. Catherine and John❣️ You are missed ❣️
My favorite films of his are “Uncle Buck” and “Planes, Trains and Automobiles”. The movies not only made me laugh, they showed compassion, caring and how we should be kind to others.
His making a giant pizza using a snow shovel, his car sounding like WWIII ... pure bliss, no AI, no CGI, all good acting. I don't know the second film, I shall look it up. Thank you for the memories.
Catherine O’Hara and John Candy were both comic geniuses since their days on “SCTV.” They have been beloved by many generations of Americans as well as Canadians.
Though I laughed a lot with either "Home Alone", to me, she excelled at "Beetlejuice". "They're dead. It's too late to be neurotic." "He likes it (after frightening her husband with Beetlejuice's sculpture)." My favourite, with her face showing full confusion, "Day-o! Dayyy-o. Daylight come and me wanna go home." Plus the rest of the song. That sketch has even been re-enacted for other occasions, even at a wedding, YouTube showed several versions. Oh, such good times. Now, each time I watch that film, I shall be laughing and crying at the same time. Amuse-toi bien là-haut, chère Catherine.
😇 Another Canadian national treasure gone but never forgotten! Catherine's legacy, along with the other Canadian greats that we've lost, is timeless! This is a beautiful ode Michael.

I love that you chose John Candy to welcome her as they are both have mastered the characters they portrayed.
Each time I saw John Candy, I remembered his "I am my own best friend," in "Spaceballs". Such a talent ...

You are a wonderful human being, Michael
And Harold Ramis too!
Either "Ghostbusters", "Groundhog Day", thank you, Harold.

Doesn't that just warm the heart?! 💞
It most certainly does!💟
Perfection. I smiled instantly when I saw this. ❤️❤️❤️ of course, dearly missed by those who admired her talents.
A terrific tribute that expresses what words cannot. Excellent art Michael.
