Sometimes I worry about crossing a line.
Not because I’m afraid of offending the right-wing, the left-wing, the reactionaries, the populists, or the alt-right cultural conservatives. I worry about upsetting the people who don’t fit neatly into any of those boxes.
Most people, like me, don’t live in black or white. We live in shades of grey—our views shifting depending on the issue.
But sometimes, I get angry. Really angry.
Kristi Noem’s press conference made me furious. She knew exactly what she was doing. She allowed the Secret Service to handcuff Alex Padilla, a sitting U.S. senator, and forcibly remove him from a press event. She knew how that would look. And then she lied about it.
At times like these, I do worry about going too far. ↓↓
Explains Trump's forward lean.
Spot on. Is it going to far? Let's just say, as long as you have no plans to visit the USA in the next decade or so, no, I think you're good. ;)
