And they're no longer Epstein's victims. Now they're Trump's victims. As are we all... Also, it's not the toga that makes Trump look fat.

He continues to excel at being a despicable human being.

Any self-respecting lion would refuse to attack.

If anything at all comes of this, I hope that beyond a shadow of a doubt, young unsuspecting girls are taught how to recogize really creepy people.

As a teacher, I concur!!

More likely to suspect all men and "choose the bear". I was rescued from an abusive situation & my dad let dangerous men be around me. But even after a safe foster home, I've never been able to completely be sure who was unsafe w/o some time with them, and sometimes that was long enough to be their victim. So, for many years avoided all men.

I think I did develop a "vibe" for many of them, and 47 rings ALL the warning signs.

I think it's up to the decent men to rein in, out or make it socially unacceptable to Epstein.

On target!

I'm gonna make a gross suggestion: in a 21st century arena, children will not be thrown to lions they will be thrown to pedophiles for public exploitation. Our modern audience wants their entertainment XXX. Maybe the scraps get thrown to lions.

Are you trying to be funny? I don't understand how you could even come up with that.

Michael de Adder's avatar

I don't know if any of my Trump cartoons are funny. I mean, we laugh, but none are funny.

Thank you. My concern was not with your artwork. I was reacting to Ms. Weber's comment.

Kathleen Weber's avatar

No. It's a comment critical of a modern audience. I think the sadists among us would rather see sexual torment than see animals eating kids.

Here, kitty, kitty, kitty! The ugly fat guy in the toga is way more FOOD for the effort, and far less feisty than a trim little lady with a handbag. Optimum Foraging Strategy, dude. G'wan...the crowd will LOVE ya!!!

I hope the victims end up throwing the GREAT ORANGE in the juicer!!!

Bless your heart!! You skewered exactly what women go through to report a rape, and to stay strong and not withdraw it under the kind of pressure that can lead to SUICIDE. Thank you so much!!

He is horrible! Those victims deserve closure. Others who have suffered the same type of situation are often triggered by this type of action. PTSD rears its ugly head for other victims.

Yea Michael.......

I'd laugh if it didn't make me want to cry. I hope he never sees it, as just the thought of him in only a bedsheet would add vomiting to the sobbing.

Great, relevant comment as always. Thank you

He surely would if he could--and he probably fantasizes about it--anything to make them go away and get off the news cycle.

Off topic: Steve Vladeck wrote a dynamite post this morning gaging how the courts have reined in the Trump administration to a significant, but limited degree. He allowed me to restock the post on my sub stack where you can read it for free:

Bonus 176: Law, Lawlessness, and Doomerism

"The Trump administration is complying with the overwhelming majority of adverse rulings it is receiving."

Though it at times seems overwhelmingly to the contrary, hearing someone who actually knows what they're talking about speak the truth, gives me a great deal of relief!

Thank you, Kathleen Weber. Your posting of Professor Vladeck's piece was gratefully appreciated.

I wonder if Trump ever sees your artwork, Michael...and would he "get" it.

Barbara Ewart's avatar

Oh he sees it. I post it to his personal X page & I'm sure I'm not alone! 😂

You are not seriously using a Globe and Mail source as evidence against Trump. By no means am I saying Trump is perfect, but using corporate media out of Canada is increasingly partisan and akin to China, and not long given its trajectory before it approaches the government control wielded by North Korea!

I work for them. I try to give them a link once in a while.
